Huawei is gearing up to launch the Enjoy 80 smartphone, and it looks like the release is imminent. The device recently surfaced in live hands-on photos, showcasing a straightforward design and four color options: Field Green, Sky Blue, Sky White, and Golden Black.
The images, spotted on Weibo, also reveal a mysterious button on the left side, which could either be an alert slider or a shortcut key for quickly accessing system apps. Given that the Enjoy series is known for its affordability in the Chinese market, it’s unlikely Huawei would add a high-end AI button to this device.
In terms of performance, rumors suggest the Enjoy 80 will be powered by the Kirin 710 chipset, without 5G support. If true, this would be a bit disappointing, as the 14nm chip, which debuted in 2018, was once used in mid-range phones but is now considered outdated for a 2025 release.
Other spec rumors point to a 6.67-inch HD display, a 50 MP main camera, and a 6,620 mAh battery supporting 40W wired charging. Huawei is expected to officially announce the Enjoy 80 on April 25, where we’ll get the full picture and see how many of these details are accurate.
