A new OnePlus tablet, bearing the model number OPD2408, has just been certified by the FCC. While the listing doesn’t reveal any specifications, it’s widely speculated that this could be a rebranded Oppo Pad 4 Pro, which launched in China just a week ago.
Given that OnePlus and Oppo are sister companies with a history of rebranding—especially in the tablet space—this possibility wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. If that’s the case, the device will likely launch as the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, complementing the Pad 3 that debuted in December.
Assuming it mirrors the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, we can expect a 13.2-inch LCD display with a 2400×3392 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 900-nit peak brightness. Under the hood, it may pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (Elite) chipset, paired with 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Camera-wise, it could feature a 13MP rear sensor, an 8MP front-facing shooter, and a 12,140 mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging.
