After a slew of leaks revealing what the upcoming Motorola Razr 60 Ultra looks like (likely to be branded as the Razr+ 2025 in North America), we now have what appears to be the full spec sheet—so let’s break it down.
The Razr 60 Ultra is said to feature a 7-inch 1440p LTPO AMOLED foldable display with a super-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. Gamers can expect a 300Hz touch response rate during gameplay, while the regular touch response rate sits at 130Hz. The panel reportedly hits a peak brightness of 4,500 nits.
The outer cover display is a 4-inch LTPO AMOLED screen, also with a 165Hz refresh rate, 3,000-nit peak brightness, and variable touch response of 120Hz to 165Hz.
Under the hood, a benchmark listing has already confirmed the presence of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 “Elite” SoC, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
In the camera department, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra packs a 50 MP main sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture, alongside a 50 MP ultrawide lens with macro capabilities—replacing the telephoto shooter found on the Razr 50 Ultra. A 50 MP front-facing camera handles selfies.
Powering the phone is a 4,700 mAh battery with support for 68W wired and 30W wireless charging. The device measures 171.48 x 73.99 x 7.29 mm when unfolded and weighs in at 199 grams. It will ship with Android 15 out of the box.
The official launch is set for April 24, alongside the standard Razr 60—and possibly even a new Edge 60 model.
